Borussia Dortmund have finalized their preparations to open the Bundesliga restart against their arch-rivals Schalke at an emptied Signal Iduna Park on Saturday.
The match would normally have over 80,000 pairs of eyes inside Signal Iduna Park as the rivalry between the two clubs goes back a long way and is known as the mother of all derbies in the Bundesliga.
Aside from earning the bragging rights, 2nd placed Dortmund are also looking to keep-up the chase of Bayern Munich, who are sitting 4 points clear at the top of the standings.
The BVBs main fire-power in the derby would be the promising duo of Erling Haaland and Jadon Sancho. Yet they are slightly short-handed as Captain Marco Reus as well as Axel Witsel and Emre Jan have all picked up injuries since the return to training.
